In the event of a tie:

For example, if two players tie for 1st and 2nd place, the prize amounts for both positions will be combined, then divided equally between the tied players.

The maximum tickets for this competition is 12499. To ensure the competition is fair for all players, the maximum amount of tickets per person is 1249.
